Exchanges & Refunds
If you would like to return your online purchase for either an Exchange or Refund, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods, and provide your proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is strongly advised that you use a fully tracked/signed for postal service to return your item. You are responsible for the return postage cost and safe return delivery of the item. Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk. We must receive your returned item within 14 days of your return notification, therefore please ensure you obtain confirmation that we have acknowledged your return notification. Exchanges or Refunds will only be fully accepted and processed once the item has been received and fully inspected. Our Exchange Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a Refund or Exchange.
